✨ The Wild Light Keepers
Beneath the blazing sky of Western Australia, where iron-rich cliffs shimmer like dragon scales and ancient spirits ride the desert wind, something impossible has returned. Something sacred. Something not quite of this Earth.
A dingo howls into the storm. A globe of glowing silver hums above the cliffs. And four ordinary kids—scattered across the red dirt of the Pilbara—are about to be drawn into the greatest secret in the universe.
Their names are not written in prophecy. They were never trained. They have no magic wands, no capes, no permission. But they've been chosen all the same.
Why?
Because they're still young enough to believe that everything matters.
Twelve-year-old Hanna, a fierce point guard with faster reflexes than most adults, has always sensed the world around her more sharply than others. Her Maine Coon cat Kai stares too long into the night. Her dreams pulse with strange lights. Then, one day, a shimmering globe appears above her bed. And it speaks.
What it says will change everything.
Guided by the last transmission of Stephen Hawking and mentored by the mysterious AElytherian alliance—ancient watchers of Earth—the Wild Light Keepers are called to action.
12 year-old Hanna, the leader. Boaz, 13 - the muscle. Franny and Zooey. She, also 12, impetuous, fierce and brave. And Zooey - just 9 years old. The brilliant brat, Franny's little brother and best friend, annoying as he can be sometimes.
It's not his fault. Little Zooey is a re-incarnation of lonely old J.D. Salinger, at least that's what his mother Becky Glass believes. Yes, poor Franny and Zooey's family name happens to be Glass. No... they are not really related to the fictional characters of the great man. Becky just pretends they are....and maybe that's enough.
The task of this fab four is simple, but perilous:
Protect the planet, one creature, one forest, one ocean at a time.
Defend the vulnerable. Expose the truth. Evade the eyes of those who would stop them.
Because not everyone wants the Earth to survive.
From secret alien allies to corrupt corporations, rabid dingoes to mining drones, the stakes rise fast. But so does their courage. And as Hanna and her friends travel deeper into the wild, they discover that even the smallest spark of light can push back the darkness—if it’s shared.
The Wild Light Keepers is a spellbinding adventure of kids, creatures, and the call of the wild—where ancient wisdom meets cosmic technology, and childhood curiosity just might save the world.
Coming August 10.
For dreamers, questioners, and the quietly brave.
With love, for Meira.
